I was born in 1978 in France. I graduated from Poitiers University where I studied English, Chinese and the History of Medicine.

I came to Brighton in September 2000 to complete a three-year training with the European Shiatsu School, Brighton, with Markus Grasser as my main teacher.

Since qualifying in October 2003 I have done several post graduate courses:

• in Healing-Shiatsu with Sonia Moriceau, to develop my "quality of touch" and listening skills (2004)
• in Classically-Based Shiatsu with Tim Mulvagh, to deepen my understanding of Chinese Medicine and how it applies to shiatsu. (2005)
• In 2008 I also studied Plant Spirit Medicine with Elliot Cowan.
• I love treating pregnant women and new mothers, and I know from experience how much they can benefit from Shiatsu. I am currently doing Suzanne Yates's one year Post Graduate Course in Shiatsu for Pregnancy to get more ideas on how to help women and their partners with fertility issues, pregnancy, labour and post natal care.

After graduating in 2003, I trained for 3 years as a shiatsu teacher assistant, and started teaching for the ESS in 2007.The initials MRSS(T) mean that I am registered with the Shiatsu Society as a fully certified Shiatsu practitioner and teacher.

Beside my passion for shiatsu, I am also a folk and jazz singer and guitarist and perform regularly around Bristol.

The price is £49 for an hour treatment and 15 min consultation.

A discounted price of £45 can be arranged for people on low income.

Please bring or wear loose, comfortable clothes that cover the whole body (trousers, long sleeves and socks) preferably made of natural fibres.

190 Cheltenham Road, Bristol BS6 5RB (on the right just before the arches when coming from Stokes Croft).

Enso is a lovely shop specialising in Martial Arts equipment. It has a clinic with 4 quiet treatment rooms at the back. It is newly refurbished and you can buy anything you need for Martial Arts as well as for Taijiquan or Qigong.

Please use the back entrance: with the shop on your right, take the 1st on your right (a cobbled street called Cheltenham Lane), follow it round until you see a colourful mural: that's the entrance of the clinic. Just ring the bell and I'll open the door for you. We have a lovely waiting area where you can relax and have a cup of tea before/after the treatment.

• can park on all single yellow bus lane between 10am and 4pm and after 6.30pm

• Station road free for an hour, or get a ticket if you need to stay longer
